Diagnostico de las actividades turísticas en el municipio de Subachoque a partir del análisis de la cadena de valor

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación pretende dar a conocer las condiciones del turismo en el municipio de Subachoque mediante la realización de la caracterización y diagnóstico de la cadena de valor del municipio, para lo cual se realiza un contexto del turismo, Subachoque es uno de los 116 municipios del departamento de Cundinamarca, Colombia se encuentra en la Provincia de Sabana Occidente, a 45 km de Bogotá y cuenta con un gran potencial en turismo natural, cultural, religioso e influencia económica. En la primera fase de esta investigación se redujo a obtener información relacionada con el desarrollo del turismo en el país, por medio de un estado del arte, que permitió evidenciar que en la mayoría de los municipios el principal impedimento para el desarrollo del turismo ha sido la superestructura y gobernanza y la forma en que ha sobresalido el turismo en Colombia es relacionado al turismo sostenible y la implementación de las TIC. Para caracterización de la cadena de valor del municipio, se realizó un análisis mediante un modelo de encuesta direccionada a los prestadores de servicios turísticos con una muestra representativa de 45 personas, información que sirvió para conocer las problemáticas que han atrasado el desarrollo y aprovechamiento del turismo como oportunidad para Subachoque. Por otra parte, se realizaron mesas de trabajo con un grupo aproximado de 12 empresarios del municipio, con el fin de establecer un diagnóstico de la cadena de valor del turismo a partir de esquemas que permiten desarrollar problemáticas, causas, consecuencias y posibles soluciones detectadas por el grupo, dentro de las cuales se evidenciaron fallas de organización y desinformación, además del atraso del municipio con temas tecnológicos, sociales y culturales.

This research aims to make known the conditions of tourism in the municipality of Subachoque by carrying out the characterization and diagnosis of the value chain of the municipality, for which a context of tourism is carried out. Subachoque is one of the 116 municipalities of the department of Cundinamarca, Colombia is located in the Province of Sabana Occidente, 45 km from Bogotá and has great potential in natural, cultural, religious tourism and economic influence. In the first phase of this research it was reduced to obtaining information related to the development of tourism in the country, through a state of the art, which allowed to show that in most municipalities the main impediment to the development of tourism has been the superstructure and governance and the way in which tourism has excelled in Colombia is related to sustainable tourism and the implementation of ICT. To characterize the municipality's value chain, an analysis was carried out using a survey model directed to tourism service providers with a representative sample of 45 people, information that served to learn about the problems that have delayed the development and use of tourism as an opportunity for Subachoque. On the other hand, working tables were held with a group of approximately 12 businessmen from the municipality, in order to establish a diagnosis of the tourism value chain based on schemes that allow the development of problems, causes, consequences and possible solutions detected by the group, within which organizational failures and misinformation were evident, in addition to the municipality's backwardness with technological, social and cultural issues.
