Sistema De Información Misional Para Le Escuela De Comunicaciones Militares De Facatativá Certificación Docente

Abstract

La Escuela de Comunicaciones Militares-ESCOM, actualmente realiza su proceso de certificación laboral de forma manual, no cuentan con una plataforma para llevar a cabo este proceso. El objetivo del proyecto es garantizar un certificado laboral veraz y oportuno, teniendo en cuenta que la entidad para el cual está proyectado el software es un centro de educación militar, por lo tanto, la fiabilidad de la información de cada certificado debe ser garantizada. El estado de arte realizado indica que este proceso de solicitud y generación de certificados laborales ya se ha venido implementando en diferentes universidades a nivel internacional, dando como resultado agilidad y facilidad paraestos trámites. Este software tiene un importante aporte para la institución de educación superior ya que permite tener una mejor interacción entre profesor e institución, además, este proceso no consume mucho tiempo y ayuda a la conservación de ecosistemas terrestres, teniendo en cuenta que la reducción de uso de papel será notoria. Para el desarrollo del proyecto se implementa la metodología ágil SCRUM, la cual facilita su proceso de la elaboración optimizando tiempos y recursos.

ABSTRACT

The Escuela de Comunicaciones Militares-ESCOM, currently performs its labor certification process manually, they do not have a platform to carry out this process.The objective of the project is to guarantee a truthful and timely labor certificate, taking into account that the entity for which the software is projected is a military education center, therefore, the reliability of the information of each certificate must be guaranteed. The state of the art indicates that this process of requesting and generating labor certificates has already been implemented in different universities at an international level, resulting in agility and ease for these procedures. This software has an important contribution for the institution of higher education since it allows to have a better interaction between professor and institution, besides, this process does not consume much time and helps to the conservation of terrestrial ecosystems, considering that the reduction of paper use will be notorious.
