Abstract

La iniciación deportiva es un tema que genera un gran número de discusiones frente a las etapas de desarrollo de los niños, por ser un tema en ocasiones tan complejo, el maestro formador debe estar sujetos a múltiples herramientas literarias y didácticas que sustenten todo lo que está en el marco de lo correcto al momento de ejercer su papel de formador. Este articulo presenta en primer lugar las generalidades del proceso formativo sustentado en referentes importantes que hablan con cierta propiedad del deporte y su importancia en las edades tempranas, permitiéndonos contextualizar las condiciones y características de la iniciación deportiva, para luego dar una mirada en cuanto a estructura física de centros deportivos o entidades que de una u otra manera prestan un servicio deportivo, en las cuales es de gran importancia conocer sus bases éticas, metas, objetivos y metodologías que se tienen para la formación deportiva. Esta discusión toma una mayor relevancia al momento de hablar del perfil del maestro formador, ya que es la persona que se encarga del desarrollo y formación del niño, no solo en el ámbito deportivo, profesional, sino también en el ámbito humano, es por eso que se habla de características fundamentales que debe tener el maestro formador a la hora de interactuar con su medio. Así finalmente se exponen las conclusiones que contienen la síntesis de cada una de las ideas tratadas a lo largo del artículo.
