This research was conducted at the farm La Esperanza University of Cundinamarca, where a microcomposteras for the manufacture of fertilizers 1, 2 and 3 were developed to compare their performance against a commercial organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer (treatments) . physico-chemical and biological soil variables previously analyzed and after application of fertilizers, plant productivity was determined with forage interest and became an approximation of the manufacture and use of organic mixtures benefit cost against the cost and use of other treatments. It was found that the best treatment in terms of the physico-chemical variables was the fertilizer in March, obtaining statistically significant differences in organic matter, phosphorus, potassium, iron and zinc; also fertilizers presentative results obtained with the bacteria: Arthrobacter, Staphylococcus and Streptomyces (positive Gran) Nitrosomonas and Nitrobacter (Gram negative) and fungi, Aspergillus, Penicillium, Thysande the Zygorhynchus gophora. The chemical treatment present absence in most genres. In general, in the abundance and species richness, compost 2 obtained the highest values with formicidae family and higher taxa in the traps (Formicidae, Lumbricidae, Opistophora, Blattodea, Hemiptera, Staphylinidae, Araneae, Dermaptera, Lepidoptera, Chilopoda, Oniscidae, Reduviidae) and soil samples (Collembola, Gryllidae, Opistophora, Staphylinidae, Copsinellide, Hemiptera, Lumbricidae, Nabidae), and the lowest values in commercial fertilizer and chemical fertilizer. The treatment had the highest value of AFE in bean crops throughout the period was A2 (0.59 cm2 / g) at 15 and DDS (1.04 cm2 / g) 67 DDS, TCR showed the best Q results with treatment, (0,047g. day-1) at 33 DDS (0,015g. day-1) at 67 followed by treatment DDS A2. In the maize crop treatment that received the greatest value to 15DDS was A2 (3, 10 cm2 / g) to 67 DDS (2, 08 cm2 / g) being exceeded by the A3 at 90 DDS (2, 41 cm2 / g); the Feed 1 was the most TCR at 33 DDS (0, 042g. day-1) and at the end of the evaluation period 90 DDS (0,012g, day-1). According to the cost / benefit manufacture of organic mixtures had the lowest cost with a value of $ 85,000 and the most expensive treatment was chemical fertilizer with $ 145,800, proving that fertilizers could be variable for organic waste management and fertilization of forage crops.en_US
