Item Actividad física, un escenario de integración y participación de las personas mayores con diversidad funcional severa y moderada en el hogar para ancianos san josé de saramita(2019-09-18) Rodriguez Menjura, Andrea Carolina; Cardona Moreno, Johanna Marcela; Arroyo, Ana MilenaLa llegada a la tercera edad siempre ha generado temor e incertidumbre en la mayoría de personas, en esta etapa de la vida se generan cambios físicos, psicológicos, emocionales y demás, el cuerpo se va deteriorando y poco a poco va perdiendo funcionalidad, por motivos como estos algunas personas mayores llegan a los diferentes hogares geriátricos, en estos sitios se les brindan los cuidados que requieren para el desenvolvimiento de su vida diaria. La presente investigación se desarrolló en el Hogar Para Ancianos San José De Saramita, sitio en el que se presentaba una división y frontera invisible entre las dos poblaciones presentes en este Hogar (severos y moderados), allí se realizaban actividades dirigidas mayormente a las personas moderadas, evitando una mayor interacción social entre todas las personas de este hogar, por tal motivo surgió el interés investigativo de generar estrategias de integración y participación por medio de la actividad física, relacionando así las dos poblaciones por medio de esta y mejorando las relaciones sociales de estas personas, para esta se tomaron en cuenta diversos artículos y autores que fortalecieron y guiaron dicho proceso. Esta investigación tiene un carácter cualitativo está basada en el paradigma histórico hermenéutico y utilizo como herramientas de recolección la observación, la entrevista, el diario de campo y la fotografía, herramientas que junto a las fases y propuesta de actividad física permitieron analizar y recolectar los debidos datos para lograr alcanzar los objetivos propuestos.
