Percepción de mujeres deportistas sobre la participación en selecciones representativas de futbol, voleibol y baloncesto de la universidad de Cundinamarca

Abstract

Resumen: En la presente investigación se recopilo información referente a la percepción de la participación de mujeres deportistas en las selecciones representativas de la Universidad de Cundinamarca ext. Soacha, las deportistas en su mayoría fueron las integrantes de las selecciones de futbol, voleibol y baloncesto. Para dicho fin se utilizó un cuestionario, una entrevista estructurada y además una revisión documental de los registros por modalidad deportiva, que contaba con la cantidad de participantes hombres y mujeres, así como también las competencias en que estuvieron y los logros obtenidos en los años 2017, 2018 y 2019. Los resultados obtenidos en esta investigación mostraron como es la participación de la mujer en los procesos de las selecciones de futbol, voleibol y baloncesto de la universidad de Cundinamarca, también la opinión de mujeres deportistas referente a la discriminación en los procesos de las selecciones representativas y un respectivo análisis de los logros y resultados obtenidos por las deportistas con las selecciones de futbol, voleibol y baloncesto de la universidad de Cundinamarca ext. Soacha . Para finalizar es importante aclarar que esta fue una investigación con enfoque mixto, y un diseño interpretativo hermenéutico.

Abstract: In this research, information was collected regarding the perception of the participation of sportswomen in the representative teams of the University of Cundinamarca ext. Soacha, most of the athletes were members of the soccer, volleyball, and basketball teams. For this purpose, a questionnaire, a structured interview, and a documentary review of the records by sport modality was used, which included the number of male and female participants, as well as the competencies in which they were and the achievements obtained in 2017, 2018 and 2019. The results obtained in this research showed how is the participation of women in the processes of the soccer, volleyball, and basketball teams of the University of Cundinamarca, also the opinion of sportswomen regarding discrimination in the processes of the representative teams and a respective analysis of the achievements and results obtained by the athletes with the soccer, volleyball, and basketball teams of the University of Cundinamarca ext. Soacha Finally, it is important to clarify that this was an investigation with a mixed approach, and a hermeneutical interpretive design.
