Con este diagnóstico se determina conocimiento y la aplicación de la norma ISO 9001 en la empresa Flores y Frutas de Ubaté, y con ello se evidencia contundentemente que la organización necesita el diseño y aplicación de un sistema de gestión de calidad. In the development of the internship in the company Flores y Frutas de Ubaté begins with a collection of information regarding the two areas to be taken into account for a quality management system, being the administrative and commercial area.
