Estudio Descriptivo Sobre La Variación En La Fuerza Explosiva Y Velocidad De Reacción Durante La Menstruación En 20 Jugadoras De Fútbol Del Club Deportivo Sons Soccer Bogotá – Categoría Juvenil Y Única

Abstract

reacción mediante la aplicación de test físicos en mujeres futbolistas pertenecientes al club deportivo Sons Soccer con base al periodo menstrual. Es así como, en primera instancia se pretendió identificar los aspectos anímicos relacionados con la percepción del efecto de la menstruación sobre su rendimiento. Conciben que no hay cambios físicos importantes sobre su rendimiento, pero que el dolor en algunas ocasiones impide realizar algunas tareas. Por otro lado, este estudio también se propuso caracterizar la forma física de las jugadoras del equipo encontrándose que no existe una diferencia dentro del ejercicio estadístico descriptivo que se aplicó. Por lo tanto, se concluye que la menstruación no afecta el rendimiento físico en la fuerza explosiva y en la velocidad de las jugadoras, ya que no se encontraron diferencias en las mujeres con ciclo menstrual regular que les coincidió el periodo con el periodo de evaluación de este estudio, respecto de aquellas que no les coincidió y con las del ciclo irregular. Como conclusión se determina que las diferencias encontradas se pueden deber a la categoría de las jugadoras o al tiempo que llevan entrenando, sin embargo, no se descarta que los estados de ánimo puedan ser determinantes. The objective of this research project is to analyze the performance in the variables explosive strength and reaction speed through the application of physical tests in female soccer players belonging to the Sons Soccer sports club based on the menstrual period. Thus, in the first instance, the aim was to identify the emotional aspects related to the perception of the effect of menstruation on their performance. They believe that there are no important physical changes on their performance, but that the pain sometimes prevents them from performing some tasks. On the other hand, this study also aimed to characterize the physical form of the team players, finding that there is no difference within the descriptive statistical exercise that was applied. Therefore, it is concluded that menstruation does not affect the physical performance in explosive strength and speed of the players, since no differences were found in women with regular menstrual cycle that coincided with the evaluation period of this study, with respect to those who did not coincide with the irregular cycle. In conclusion, it is determined that the differences found may be due to the category of the players or the time they have been training however, it is not ruled out that moods may be determinant.
