| dc.description.abstract | El presente proyecto tiene como fin lograr la implementación de controles de absentismo laboral en la Alcaldía de Sibaté de manera sistematizada esto con el fin de identificar los principales diagnósticos que generan mayor ausentismo. El absentismo laboral se refiere a la falta de los contratistas en su puesto de trabajo durante su jornada laboral con causa justificada o sin ella, esto es un problema tanto para el colaborador como la empresa ya que genera costes y a su vez afecta la productividad de la organización, es de fundamental examinar la normativa y legislación que ayuden a encontrar factores de absentismo a causa de enfermedad común y laboral como lo define la OIT(Organización Internacional del Trabajo) y la OMS(Organización Mundial de la Salud ), para identificar estrategias pertinentes para generar los controles y que estos resulten efectivos. Los factores más comunes de absentismo están relacionados con enfermedad laboral, mal clima laboral, relaciones interpersonales. The purpose of this project is to systematically implement absenteeism controls in the Sibaté Municipality in order to identify the main causes of absenteeism. Absenteeism is the absence of contractors from their work area during their workday, whether justified or not. This is a problem for both employees and the company, as it generates costs and, in turn, affects the organization's efficiency. It is vitally important to review regulations and legislation that help identify factors of absenteeism due to common and occupational illnesses, as defined by the ILO (International Labor Organization) and the WHO (World Health Organization), in order to identify relevant strategies for generating effective controls. The most common factors of absenteeism are related to occupational illnesses, poor work environment, and interpersonal relationships. This work begins with a bibliographic review that is referenced in the study of art, the country and in turn with a legal framework that solves both involuntary and justified absenteeism, it seeks to collect information on disabilities from all areas of the Mayor's Office and carry out the diagnosis and investigation for the construction of the dashboard identifying gender, dependency, position, among other relevant aspects that allow identifying the main diagnoses that are affecting collaborators, this in order to make the appropriate recommendations that help reduce the impact that 11 absenteeism can cause. | |
