Desarrollo O Fortalecimiento De Habilidades Blandas En Directivos Del Instituto Tecnológico De Tizimín A Través De Un Modelo De Aprendizaje Asistido Con Equinos

Abstract

Las Habilidades blandas integran las habilidades no cognitivas de carácter emocional y en relación con otros, presentes en cada individuo que convive como ser gregario en la sociedad, siendo este uno de los principales comparativos con el equino, animal que, por su condición biológica, histórica e instintiva, acompaña al hombre desde hace millones y miles de años atrás. Por otra parte, el equino actualmente se encuentra inmerso en el aprendizaje asistido para el desarrollo o fortalecimiento de habilidades blandas, con un enfoque dirigido a las necesidades y demandas del ser humano actual, las cuáles giran en torno al ámbito de competencias organizacionales y que requieren de la efectiva capacitación, así como también, de la respectiva validación. Por ello, la siguiente investigación recaba en los resultados del aplicativo que se realizó a través de un modelo de aprendizaje asistido con equinos para el desarrollo o fortalecimiento de las habilidades blandas en directivos del Instituto Tecnológico de Tizimín, como población de enfoque dada su necesidad en el mercado laboral y en el aspecto sociodemográfico de la organización académica. Soft skills integrate non-cognitive skills of an emotional nature and in relation to others, present in each individual who lives as a gregarious being in society, this being one of the main comparisons with the equine, an animal that, due to its biological, historical condition and instinctive, it has accompanied man for millions and thousands of years. On the other hand, the equine is currently immersed in assisted learning for the development or strengthening of soft skills, with an approach aimed at the needs and demands of the current human being, which revolve around the scope of organizational competencies and that require the effective training, as well as the respective validation. For this reason, the following investigation collects the results of the application that was carried out through an equine-assisted learning model for the development or strengthening of soft skills in managers of the Technological Institute of Tizimín, as a focus population given its need in the labor market and the sociodemographic aspect of the academic organization.
