Contribución al desarrollo de las políticas institucionales de Interacción Social Universitaria (ISU) y del Centro Digital de Emprendimiento, Innovación y Gestión Empresarial (CDEI) de la Universidad de Cundinamarca, seccional Girardot.

Abstract

El informe de pasantías desarrollado por Maicol Estiben Suárez Montenegro en la Universidad de Cundinamarca, seccional Girardot, evidencia la articulación entre la formación académica y la práctica profesional a través del apoyo en la implementación de las políticas de Interacción Social Universitaria (ISU) y del Centro Digital de Emprendimiento, Innovación y Gestión Empresarial (CDEI). Las actividades ejecutadas se estructuraron en tres objetivos: (1) formular estrategias para fortalecer el vínculo universidad-comunidad mediante proyectos de impacto social, económico y cultural; (2) diseñar recursos técnicos que optimicen la función misional del ISU desde un enfoque socialmente responsable; y (3) promover desde el CDEI la creación de emprendimientos alineados con las necesidades del entorno regional. El pasante participó activamente en la planeación estratégica, ejecución de eventos institucionales como la Expo UCundinamarca 2024, creación de herramientas de sistematización (formularios, matrices, cronogramas), y formalización de alianzas interinstitucionales. Además, desarrolló metodologías de atención a emprendedores e impulsó iniciativas colaborativas entre actores académicos y productivos. El informe destaca la importancia del enfoque transmoderno y translocal de la universidad, que orienta sus procesos educativos hacia la transformación social, integrando valores éticos, sostenibilidad y responsabilidad comunitaria. La experiencia fortaleció las competencias del estudiante en gestión, planeación estratégica, comunicación institucional y liderazgo, contribuyendo significativamente al desarrollo institucional y al ecosistema emprendedor local. ABSTRACT: The internship report developed by Maicol Estiben Suárez Montenegro at the University of Cundinamarca, Girardot campus, demonstrates the link between academic training and professional practice through support for the implementation of University Social Interaction (ISU) policies and the Digital Center for Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Business Management (CDEI). The activities carried out were structured around three objectives: (1) to formulate strategies to strengthen the university-community link through projects with social, economic, and cultural impact; (2) to design technical resources that optimize the ISU's mission from a socially responsible approach; and (3) to promote, through the CDEI, the creation of ventures aligned with the needs of the regional environment. The intern actively participated in strategic planning, the execution of institutional events such as Expo UCundinamarca 2024, the creation of systematization tools (forms, matrices, timelines), and the formalization of inter-institutional alliances. In addition, he developed methodologies for assisting entrepreneurs and promoted collaborative initiatives between academic and productive actors. The report highlights the importance of the university's transmodern and translocal approach, which guides its educational processes toward social transformation, integrating ethical values, sustainability, and community responsibility. The experience strengthened the student's skills in management, strategic planning, institutional communication, and leadership, contributing significantly to institutional development and the local entrepreneurial ecosystem.
