Acompañamiento, liderazgo y fortalecimiento de la plataforma municipal de juventudes en la alcaldía municipal de Nilo, Cundinamarca.

Abstract

El informe presenta las actividades desarrolladas durante seis meses de pasantía en la Alcaldía Municipal de Nilo, Cundinamarca, con un total de 640 horas de trabajo en la Oficina de Programas Sociales y Juventud. El propósito central fue fortalecer la Plataforma Municipal de Juventudes mediante procesos de acompañamiento, organización, liderazgo y participación institucional. Las labores incluyeron diagnóstico inicial, revisión y actualización de la base de datos de organizaciones juveniles, se incorporaron dos nuevas organizaciones juveniles que aportaron diversidad y renovación. Se gestionó el proceso de elección de la nueva mesa directiva, garantizando transparencia, participación y formalización. Durante la ejecución, se acompañaron sesiones ordinarias, actividades comunitarias y procesos logísticos, logrando impactar a niños, jóvenes, familias y adultos mayores del municipio. Se socializaron logros, retos y proyecciones, reforzando su visibilidad y reconocimiento institucional. ABSTRACT: The report presents the activities carried out during six months of internship at the Municipal Mayor’s Office of Nilo, Cundinamarca, with a total of 640 hours of work in the Office of Social Programs and Youth. The main purpose was to strengthen the Municipal Youth Platform through support processes, organization, leadership, and institutional participation. The work included an initial diagnosis, the review and update of the database of youth organizations, and the incorporation of two new youth organizations that contributed to diversity and renewal. The election process for the new board of directors was managed, ensuring transparency, participation, and formalization. During implementation, regular sessions, community activities, and logistical processes were supported, impacting children, youth, families, and older adults in the municipality. Achievements, challenges, and future projections were shared, reinforcing the platform’s visibility and institutional recognition.
