| dc.description.abstract | Resumen: En desarrollo de la pasantia se obtuvo la onformación necesaria para cumplir con los objetivos propuestos, aportando en practica los conocimientos adquiridos a lo largo de la carrera, construyendo a la informacion integral como profesional y evaluar los resultados de la gestion realizada por el estudiante durante la pasantia, en relacion con reconocimiento de las acciones y desiciones tamandas que generaron un impacto positivo en la organizacion y un mejor desempeño general de la granja, genero un analisis detallado de cada una de las funciones, identificando las falencias y debilidades- la intervencion mediante un plan de mejores, se realizo para solucionar las falencias y debilidades econtradas en el diagnostico. Este plan favorecio el cumplimiento de la reestructuración- la evaluacion de la reestructuracion de la granja, se ejecuto tenienedo en cuenta el diagnostico administrativos- operativo y el plan de mejoras, en donde se obtiene como resultado el fortaleciemiento de las areas en las cuales se trabajaron.
