Evaluacion de parámetros productivos en conejos leonado de borgoña (oryctolagus cuniculus) en fase de ceba con dos niveles de inclusión de harina de arroz.

Abstract

La producción de conejos en Colombia y los altos costos en alimentación genera la necesidad de buscar nuevas alternativas en elaboración de dietas balanceadas, que contribuyan a mejorar los rendimientos productivos. El sector agroindustrial produce una gran cantidad de sub productos de alto valor nutricional que puede ser incluido en las dietas para animales, como por ejemplo la harina de arroz, por eso el objetivo de este trabajo fue evaluar parámetros productivos de conejos leonado de borgoña en fase de ceba alimentados con diferentes niveles de inclusión de harina de arroz, se utilizaron 12 conejos con un peso promedio de 598 g. El periodo experimental fue de 35 días, hasta los 75 días de edad. Se evaluó dos niveles de inclusión de harina de arroz (T2: 5%, T3: 10%) frente al control. Las variables evaluadas fueron GP, ICA, CT, ROI. Se encontraron diferencias significativas (P>0.05) en la fase de ceba para el (CT) con valores promedio para los tres tratamientos de (T1: 3794,42, T2: 3688,75, T3: 3965,05), siendo mejor el T2: También hubo diferencias significativas (P>0.05) para el índice de conversión alimenticia (T1:3,01, T2: 2,18, T3: 2,05) el de mejor resultado fue el T3, para la (GP) se obtuvieron diferencias significativas entre tratamientos con (T1: 1282, T2: 1697 y T3: 1946). La tasa de retorno fue positiva para todos, en comparación del T2 Y T3 obtuvo mejor resultado que el T1, en eficiencia de utilización frente a la dieta comercial comparado con el T3 es mucho más eficiente con 67,47%.
