Modelo Funcional como propuesta de valor del Centro de Innovación, Tecnología y Gestión Organizacional (CITGO)

Abstract

El documento realizado por medio de pasantía contiene información sobre el deber ser del Citgo seccional como la misión, visión, valores, objetivos, los distintos cargos, líneas que se tienen actualmente, adicional se encuentra una propuesta de normatización donde se especifica cada una de las actividades a realizar en el Citgo, el horario y las diferentes acciones a ejecutar, siendo el primer capitulo donde se conoce al centro en su totalidad, en el segundo capitulo se planteo un modelo funcional con el objetivo de fortalecer la línea de interacción universitaria en el campo de relación entre estudiante y empresario, creando un banco de hojas de vida de las empresas intervenidas en las diferentes áreas, llevando un proceso el cual se identifican las actividades a realizar por parte de los docentes con empresarios, requiriendo los informes finales de cada una de las intervenciones para ser registrados en el centro y de esta manera ir obteniendo el banco de hojas de vida, realizando un seguimiento y evaluación de las empresas, obteniendo así el impacto real de apoyo que obtienen las empresas y de la confianza que dan para poder aportarles en su crecimiento empresarial y personal. Durante el semestre trabajado el Citgo recopiló un número de empresas siendo un porcentaje bajo para las empresas que se han intervenido por las diferentes áreas, realizando un análisis del impacto que tiene el centro al poder implementar el modelo funcional propuesto. ABSTRACT The document carried out through an internship contains information on the duty of the sectional Citgo such as the mission, vision, values, objectives, the different positions, lines that are currently held, additionally there is a proposal for standardization where each of the activities to be carried out at Citgo, the schedule and the different actions to be carried out, being the first chapter where the center is known in its entirety, in the second chapter a functional model was proposed with the aim of strengthening the line of university interaction in the field of relationship between student and entrepreneur, creating a bank of resumes for the companies intervened in the different areas, carrying out a process which identifies the activities to be carried out by teachers with entrepreneurs, requiring the final reports of each of the interventions to be registered in the center and thus obtain the bank of resumes, carrying out a monitoring and evaluation of companies, thus obtaining the real impact of support obtained by companies and the confidence they give to be able to contribute to their business and personal growth. During the semester worked, Citgo collected a number of companies, a low percentage for companies that have intervened in different areas, analyzing the impact that the center has on being able to implement the proposed functional model.
