Abstract

El trabajo “DIAGNÓSTICO Y PROPUESTA DE ESTRUCTURACIÓN SISTÉMICA ORGANIZACIONAL DE LA EMPRESA COLOMBIAN PACK S.A.S. DE FACATATIVÁ, CUNDINAMARCA”, corresponde a una investigación titulada Propuesta de Diagnóstico y Estructuración Sistémica Organizacional de la Empresa COLOMBIAN PACK S.A.S. de Facatativá, Cundinamarca. Es el resultado de una caracterización interna y externa de conformidad a la orientación y acompañamiento que brinda la Universidad de Cundinamarca, extensión Facatativá, en temas de desarrollo y estrategia organizacional. Mediante este trabajo se obtuvo conocimiento de las etapas, procesos, técnicas y actividades llevadas a cabo durante el tiempo en que la organización brinda la oportunidad de ser objeto de estudio, permitiendo analizar los factores económicos, sociales, políticos, tecnológicos, geográficos y ambientales. Los resultados obtenidos muestran los rasgos y características de la empresa, y son confiables, puesto que corresponde a técnicas e instrumentos elaborados y aplicados con criterios metodológicos rigurosos.

The work “DIAGNOSIS AND PROPOSAL OF ORGANIZATIONAL SYSTEMS STRUCTURING OF THE COMPANY COLOMBIAN PACK S.A.S. DE FACATATIVÁ, CUNDINAMARCA ”, corresponds to an investigation entitled Proposal for Diagnosis and Organizational Systemic Structuring of the Company COLOMBIAN PACK S.A.S. from Facatativá, Cundinamarca. It is the result of an internal and external characterization in accordance with the orientation and accompaniment provided by the University of Cundinamarca, Facatativá extension, in matters of development and organizational strategy. Through this work, knowledge was obtained of the stages, processes, techniques and activities carried out during the time in which the organization provides the opportunity to be studied, allowing the analysis of economic, social, political, technological, geographical and environmental factors. The results obtained show the characteristics and characteristics of the company, and are reliable, since it corresponds to techniques and instruments developed and applied with rigorous methodological criteria.
