Rediseño organizacional de la empresa, Colombia Teleconect S.A.S. sucursal Fusagasugá

Abstract

De acuerdo a la información relacionada por la empresa Teleconect S.A.S., se realizo una etapa de observación y recolección de información en donde se identifico una falencia organizacional, razón por la cual se hace necesario la realización de un rediseño organizacional, para esto, se propone crear la estructura organizacional, la plataforma estratégica y los manuales de funciones para los cargos anteriormente mencionados. According to the information provided by the company Teleconect S.A.S., a stage of observation and collection of information was carried out where an organizational faiture was identified. which is why it is necessary to carry out an organizational redesign, for this, it is proposed to created the organizational structure, the strategic platform and the function manuals for the aforementioned positions.
