Propuesta De Plan Estrategico Para La Empresa Distribuciones Sle Para Los Años 2019 Al 2022

Abstract

La empresa Distribuciones Sle esta dedicada a la distribución de productos para la decoración de interiores y exteriores en el sector de la construcción, fue creada el 16 de Septiembre del 2015, en el municipio de Facatativá, debido al crecimiento que esta a tenido dentro del mercado local se creo una bodega de distribución en el municipio de El Rosal.

La empresa se creo con los conocimiento empíricos del autor de este trabajo y es por ello que no se creo con una estructura solidad que le ayudara a crear estrategias que ayudaran en su permanencia en el mercado.

Se crea una propuesta de Plan Estratégico para le empresa comprendida entre los años 2019 al 2022, para que esta sea aplicada en la empresa y que ayude con su crecimiento.
