Protocolo De Sensibilización Frente A La Importancia De Las Rutas De Atención En La Primera Infancia

Abstract

RESUMEN Dentro del periodo de practica y pasantía del año 2020 se contó con el cambio de alcaldía municipal y a su vez una restructuración del programa, puesto que se comienza con la creación de la política pública del actual gobierno y así mismo se abre el espacio para la conformación del equipo psicosocial en el cual se tienen tres psicólogos y una trabajadora social, que podrán abarcar todas aquellas problemáticas que se presentan en los jardines y a su vez llevar a cabo una remisión clara y oportuna. Por ello a partir de esta experiencia identificó la necesidad de esclarecer con el apoyo de la coordinación del programa como con los aportes del equipo psicosocial del mismo la importancia de sensibilizar y concientizar el conocimiento sobe las rutas de atención integral para la primera infancia por parte de los diferentes actores involucrados como lo son docentes, administrativos y personal de oficios varios. A sí mismo resaltar la relevancia del psicólogo dentro de este contexto para una adecuada remisión y un seguimiento de casos oportunos. ABSTRACT Within the period of practice and internship of the year 2020, there was the change of municipal mayor and in turn a restructuring of the program, since it begins with the creation of the public policy of the current government and also opens the space for the conformation of the psychosocial team in which there are three psychologists and a social worker, who will be able to cover all those problems that arise in the gardens and in turn carry out a clear and timely referral. For this reason, based on this experience, he identified the need to clarify with the support of the program's coordination and with the contributions of the psychosocial team of the same, the importance of sensitizing and raising awareness about the routes of comprehensive care for early childhood by the different actors involved such as teachers, administrators and personnel of various trades. To himself highlight the relevance of the psychologist within this context for an adequate referral and follow-up of timely cases.
