| dc.description.abstract | El programa de capacitación Meteoro por su sigla (Manejo Excelente en Tallos de Rosa), nació debido a las deficientes prácticas culturales en el cultivo de rosa realizadas por los operarios los cuales ocasionaban pérdidas en producción afectando los estándares de exportación. El objetivo de este proyecto es implementar el sistema METEORO en la empresa Quality Flowers S.A.S con el fin de mejorar los procesos en el manejo cultural de las plantas, a través del entrenamiento del personal encargado de la producción mejorando su desempeño laboral. ABSTRACT The program of training METEORO for his abbreviation (Excellent Managing in Rosa's Stems), was born due to the deficient cultural practices in the cultivation of rose realized by the workers which since causing losses in production affecting the standards of export. The aim of this projet is the implementation METEORO in the company Quality Flowers S.A.S, in order to improve the processes in the cultural managing of the plants, across the training of the personnel in charge of the production improving his labor performance. | es_CO |
