Abstract

Este informe se basa en un estudio que permite evaluar la implementación y efectividad de una cultura organizacional en la empresa GJ Asesores y Consultores, ya que es un factor que resulta indispensable en las organización, en donde de igual manera, se pretende saber si los procesos implementados se realizan de manera efectiva, o si por el contrario se debe realizar una mejora y una mayor atención en las estrategias enfatizadas en cultura organizacional, e identificar cual es el tipo de comportamiento de los miembros de la organización, los cuales aportan al cumplimiento de los metas propuestas en por la empresa. This report is based on a study that allows evaluating the implementation and effectiveness of an organizational culture in the company GJ Asesores y Consultores, since it is a factor that is essential in organizations, where in the same way, it is intended to know if the processes implemented are carried out effectively, or if, on the contrary, an improvement and greater attention should be made on the strategies emphasized in organizational culture, and identify what is the type of behavior of the members of the organization, which contribute to the fulfillment of the goals proposed by the company.
