Propuesta Modelo De Gestión Para La Administración En La Propiedad Horizontal

Abstract

La monografía ´PROPUESTA DE MODELO DE GESTION PARA LA ADMINSTRACION DE LA PROPIEDAD HORIZONTAL´ es la síntesis de la regulación de la propiedad horizontal en Colombia estando a cargo de la ley 675 del de 2001, quien genera y da lugar a obligatoriedades para compañías como GRUPO GEI S.A.S., en donde servicios vitales como administración, seguridad y aseo están sujetos al cumplimiento de la misma, en donde las funciones y el deber ser no se llevan a cabo con diligencia y cumplimiento.

Por ende, se describirán los servicios ofrecidos, posteriormente su evaluación según percepción de los copropietarios y por último la generación de estrategias para la gestión de la administración de la propiedad horizontal.

ABSTRACT

The monograph "PROPOSAL OF MANAGEMENT MODEL FOR THE ADMINSTRATION OF HORIZONTAL PROPERTY" is the synthesis of the regulation of horizontal property in Colombia being in charge of Law 675 of 2001, which generates and gives rise to mandatory for companies such as GROUP GEI SAS, where vital services such as administration, security and cleanliness are subject to compliance, where the functions and duty must not be carried out with diligence and compliance.
