Con el fin de que los colaboradores internos de Ia organización ESTIBEMOS CATAGENITA S.A.S. entiendan sus objetivos y se identifiquen mucho mas con la organización, es necesario diseñar un plan estratégico que oriente los pasos a seguir para cumplir con las metas de la empresa, permitiendo además generar un alto compromiso en los miembros de la misma y contribuyendo al optimo crecimiento y desarrollo de la organización.
