Trato humanizado brindado por el personal relacionado con la atención al habitante de calle en la ciudad de Girardot.

Abstract

“El habitante de calle es un grupo poblacional con el cual se ha venido trabajando para salvaguardar sus derechos por medio de lineamientos políticos que garanticen la dignidad humana. Sin embargo, a pesar de estas normativas se ha encontrado la necesidad de fortalecer la atención centrada en el cuidado humano y la integralidad, de este modo la presente investigación basada en la teoría de Jean Watson busca determinar el trato humanizado por medio de los procesos caritas del 1 al 8, con un enfoque cuantitativo, alcance descriptivo no experimental, utilizando un muestreo no probabilístico, por conveniencia e intencional, donde se establece la población y muestra personal relacionado con la atención al habitante de calle pertenecientes a la mesa intersectorial y a la red de atención del habitante de calle del municipio de Girardot. Encontrándose como resultado que el personal trata al habitante de calle con amabilidad, pero no ofrece confianza, además se evidencia la falta de autocuidado a su espíritu y estado físico. Se concluye que la población encuestada presenta un trato humanizado adecuado; no obstante, desde el enfoque humanístico se evaluaron factores imprescindibles para alcanzar esa conexión transpersonal que verdaderamente se necesita para brindar cuidados humanos, protegiendo la dignidad humana y la calidad durante la atención, los cuales deben seguir fortaleciéndose mediante estrategias de enseñanza y aprendizaje; por tanto se propone el diseño de una unidad didáctica, necesaria para garantizar la planeación, coordinación y organización sistemática de la misma, llevando al cumplimiento de todos los requerimientos para alcanzar el objetivo de reforzar el trato humanizado en el personal relacionado con la atención al habitante de calle.” ABSTRACT: “The street dweller is a population group with which work has been being done to safeguard their rights through political guidelines that guarantee human dignity. It is concluded that the population surveyed has adequate humanized treatment; however, the humanistic approach assessed factors essential to achieving this transpersonal connection that is truly needed to provide human care, protecting human dignity and quality during care, which must continue to be strengthened through teaching and learning strategies; therefore it is proposed the design of a didactic unit, necessary to ensure the planning, coordination and systematic organization of it, leading to the fulfillment of all requirements to achieve the objective of strengthening humanized treatment in personnel related to the care of the street inhabitant”
