Pasantías en la secretaria desarrollo económico – Alcaldía de Facatativá periodo 2024-1

Abstract

Las pasantías son un factor clave en el desarrollo y formación como profesional del estudiante, ya que, le permiten aplicar todos los conocimientos teóricos aprendidos en un entorno real. La secretaria de desarrollo es una entidad que se busca la manera de ayudar a los ciudadanos a través de diversas actividades como lo son las ferias empresariales y laborales, en donde se estimula el empleo y la economía del municipio y mejorar la calidad de vida de estos. Esta secretaria tiene un papel importante dentro de Facatativá, ya que, es la encargada de trabajar con el área de emprendimiento del municipio, trabaja en el sector de turismo y promueve el empleo en el mismo. El área de emprendimiento es fundamental en el municipio, ya que, esto promueve y estimula la economía. Su principal trabajo se centra en las ferias de emprendimiento, en donde todos los emprendedores del municipio participan en ellas, para dar a conocer a todos los Facatativeños sus productos y se promueve el apoyo a los productos locales. Así mismo la secretaria brinda a los emprendedores cursos y capacitaciones de acuerdo con las exigencias del mercado con el fin de cada uno de ellos tenga los conocimientos. Estas capacitaciones en su mayoría son de marketing digital, uso de las redes sociales, inversión y manejo adecuado de las finanzas. Por otro lado, el área de empleo es la encargada de estimular el empleo en el municipio, donde se buscan soluciones para bajar el desempleo del municipio. En esta área para lograr cumplir sus objetivos, principalmente se hace uso de la agencia pública de empleo de Facatativá, en donde invitan a los facatativeños a estar inscritos y con su hoja de vida actualizada, con el fin de que cuando hay nuevas vacantes laborales la agencia brinda dicha información para que las personas del municipio logren adquirir trabajo. Así mismo, esta área se contacta con diferentes empresas que tengan vacantes laborales a ofrecer para que participen en las ferias laborales que se realizan en el municipio, esto con el fin de que las personas del municipio asistan a ellas y puedan ver la diversidad de vacantes que se ofrecen y postularse a ellas de acuerdo con su experiencia y educación Las pasantías fueron desarrolladas mediante la observación y análisis de diversos datos, los cuales fueron obtenidos en la ejecución de diversas actividades, así mismo se llevó a cabo la realización de diversos informes en donde se exponían los resultados de cada actividad. Es por esto, que la universidad de Cundinamarca tiene convenio con la secretaria de desarrollo económico, para que los próximos profesionales como lo son los estudiantes de la Universidad, en la carrera de administración puedan realizar acá sus pasantías, poder aplicar sus conocimientos y brindar soluciones de acuerdo con las necesidades identificadas.

Its main work focuses on entrepreneurship fairs, where all the entrepreneurs of the municipality participate in them, to make their products known to all Facatativá residents and support for local products is promoted. Likewise, the secretary provides entrepreneurs with courses and training in accordance with market demands so that each of them has the knowledge. These trainings are mostly about digital marketing, use of social networks, investment and proper management of finances. On the other hand, the employment area is in charge of stimulating employment in the municipality, where solutions are sought to lower unemployment in the municipality. In this area, in order to achieve its objectives, the Facatativá public employment agency is mainly used, where they invite the people of Facatativá to be registered and with their updated resume, so that when there are new job vacancies, the agency provides said information so that people in the municipality can find work. Likewise, this area contacts different companies that have job openings to offer so that they participate in the job fairs that are held in the municipality, this with the purpose that the people of the municipality attend them and can see the diversity of vacancies that are offered and apply for them according to their experience and education. The internships were developed through the observation and analysis of various data, which were obtained in the execution of various activities, and various reports were also made where the results of each activity were presented. This is why the University of Cundinamarca has an agreement with the Secretary of Economic Development, so that future professionals such as students of the University, in the administration career, can do their internships here, be able to apply their knowledge and provide solutions according to the identified needs.
