Caracterización del servicio público de taxi en girardot 2016

Abstract

RESUMEN: El servicio público de taxis en Colombia son fuente del sustento económico en los hogares, así mismo, influyen proporcionalmente en el progreso socioeconómico de las regiones; es por esta razón que en nuestro país la característica fundamentalde su población es el emprendimiento, pues gracias a esta se fomenta la iniciativa de llevar a cabo fomentación del servicio en el municipio de Girardot en la generación de empleo, oferta de productos y servicios competitivos y , por supuesto sastifacción de la actual demanda exigente. Sin embargo, es evidente la falta de información que se registra a partir del servicio público de taxis que se ofrece, tanto a nivel nacional como regional y local, razón por la cual, el presente trabajo de investigación pretende sustentar datos actuales correspondientes al Municipio de Girardot Cundinamarca. Hoy por el servicio de taxis en Girardot presentan deficiencias que las hacen vulnerables, destacándose entre estas la falta de cultura, calidad del servicio, educación profesional y seguridad en la profesión del conductor, el presente trabajo de investigación tiene como finalidad establecer la caracterización del servicio público de taxis en el municipio de Girardot Cundinamarca con el fin de identificar su injerencia en el crecimiento, nivel de ingresos o sostenibilidad de algunos que pertenecen la comunidad Girardoteña que se encuentran en el oficio de conductores y la perspectiva que tiene los usuarios en cuanto al servicio. ABSTRAC: The public taxi servicie in Colombia is a sourceof economic Households, as well proportionately influence the progress Socioeconomic development of the regions; It is for this reason that in our country the fundamental characterristic of its population is entrepreneurship, because thanks to it, the initiative to promote the service in the service in the municipality of Girardot in the generation of employment, offering competitive products and services and, of course, satisfaction of the current demand demanding. Nevertheless, it is evident the lack of information that is registered from the public serviceof taxis that is offered, at national, regional and local level, reason for which, the present research work tries to support current data corresponding to the Municipality of Girardot Cundinamarca. Currently, the public taxi service in Girardot has deficiencies that make themn vulnerable, such as the lack of culture, quality of service, professional education and safety in the driver profession, the present research aims to establish the characterizationof the public axi service in the municipality of Girardot Cundinamarca in order to identify their interference in the growth, income level or sustainability of some that belong to the Girardoteña community that are in the driver´s office and the perspective that the users have in terms of service.
