Abstract

La historiografía del restaurante Asadero la Bonga detalla cómo los encargados administrativos han gestionado el negocio durante diferentes etapas marcadas por acontecimientos sociales, económicos y políticos. Esta gestión ha permitido que el restaurante se mantenga en el mercado y se destaque entre los mejores de la ciudad. La narración se basa en una entrevista al señor Felix Medina, hijo del fundador, quien comparte la historia de cómo su padre tuvo la visión e iniciativa de abrir un restaurante. Felix Medina explica las razones de la elección de la ubicación y la manera en que ha sido administrado a lo largo del tiempo. El señor Felix enfatiza su fuerte sentido de pertenencia y compromiso con la ciudad. Esto se refleja en su contribución activa al cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias, conforme a lo establecido por la ley. Además, destaca la importancia que siempre han otorgado al bienestar de sus empleados, asegurando que todos cuenten con las prestaciones sociales necesarias. Un aspecto significativo de su gestión es la contratación de aprendices del SENA, cumpliendo así con la normativa legal y contribuyendo al desarrollo profesional de los jóvenes de la región. ABSTRACT: The historiography of the Asadero la Bonga restaurant details how those in charge of administration have managed the business during different stages marked by social, economic and political events. This management has allowed the restaurant to remain in the market and stand out among the best in the city. The narrative is based on an interview with Mr. Felix Medina, son of the founder, who shares the story of how his father had the vision and initiative to open a restaurant. Felix Medina explains the reasons for choosing the location and the way it has been managed over time. Mr. Felix emphasizes his strong sense of belonging and commitment to the city. This is reflected in their active contribution to the fulfillment of tax obligations, in accordance with the provisions of the law. In addition, it highlights the importance that they have always given to the well-being of their employees, ensuring that everyone has the necessary social benefits.
