Apoyo Administrativo Para La Gestión En La Oficina Dialogando Con El Mundo Universidad De Cundinamarca En El Segundo Periodo Académico 2020

Abstract

En el Plan Rectoral 2020-2023 “Generación siglo XXI” se establece como frente estratégico N° 5 “EL DIALOGO TRANSFRONTERIZO”. Allí, las acciones previstas, que dan orientación a la presente política, recogen principios para la universidad que soñamos. Esta política institucional está orientada a la estructuración, definición, diseño y caracterización del sistema de internacionalización y a la creación de la oficina de Relaciones Internacionales de la Universidad de Cundinamarca. La oficina está creciendo considerablemente, el apoyo de personas con habilidades (gestión, organización, trabajo bajo presión, relaciones interpersonales) y conocimientos administrativos resultan ser de gran apoyo para el alcance de las metas establecidas dentro de las políticas internas de la oficina Dialogando con el Mundo de la Universidad de Cundinamarca. En los últimos, años el crecimiento de la oficina de Dialogando con el Mundo de la Universidad de Cundinamarca, ha sido notorio. Mientras en el 2018 se registraron 10 movilidades: 5 estudiantes y 5 docentes. Para el 2020, se han realizado 72 movilidades, ampliándose los convenios con más de 18 universidades extranjeras. Por lo anterior, se hizo necesario el apoyo de una pasante que realice funciones de acompañamiento y apoyo en funciones relacionadas con los procesos de gestión financiera, administrativa y académica, para el logro de metas propuestas por la gestión de la Oficina de Internacionalización de la Universidad de Cundinamarca. The office is growing considerably, supporting people with skills (management, organization, work under pressure, interpersonal relationships) and administrative knowledge turn out to be of great support for the scope of the goals set within the internal policies of the Office Dialogue with the World of the University of Cundinamarca. In recent years, the growth of the Office of Dialogue with the World of the University of Cundinamarca, has been notorious. While 10 mobilitys were recorded in 2018: 5 students and 5 teachers. By 2020, 72 mobilitys have been made, with agreements being expanded with more than 18 foreign universities. Therefore, it was necessary to support an intern who performs accompanying and support functions in functions related to the financial, administrative and academic management processes, for the achievement of goals proposed by the management of the Office of Internationalization of the University of Cundinamarca.
