Apoyo asistencial en interacción social universitaria ISU, en el programa de administración de empresas de la universidad de Cundinamarca, seccional Girardot.

Abstract

En este informe se sintetizan las actividades realizadas en pasantías en el área de interacción social universitaria de la universidad de Cundinamarca, en la seccional Girardot. Las actividades ejecutadas se ajustan al perfil profesional del programa administración de empresas; pasantías que se llevaron a cabo en un periodo de un año, desde agosto 2021, hasta junio del año 2022. El objetivo general de esta pasantía fue apoyar en la gestión del proceso Interacción Social Universitaria - ISU, aplicando el aprendizaje obtenido en la formación académica al desarrollo y cumplimiento de las actividades consignadas. Las labores fueron enfocadas a dar un apoyo asistencial al líder del proceso, para dar cumplimiento a sus funciones, además se realizó una gestión en el apoyo logístico de los eventos y se hizo un aporte en contribuir con el campo de aprendizaje cultural, actividades que fueron desarrolladas con la comunidad educativa de los colegios ubicados en el municipio de Girardot y el municipio aledaño en Flandes Tolima. Finalmente al terminar cada actividad se recolecto la información de los participantes, para la elaboración de la documentación necesaria como: actas, informes, lista de asistencia y evaluaciones del evento, para posteriormente subir las evidencias al drive del correo CITGO digital seccional Girardot. ABSTRACT: This report summarizes the activities carried out in internships in the area of university social interaction at the university of Cundinamarca, in the Girardot branch. The activities carried out are in line with the professional profile of the business administration program; internships were carried out over a period of one year, from August 2021 to June 2022. The general objective of this internship was to support in the management of the University Social Interaction process - ISU, applying the learning obtained in the academic formation to the development and fulfillment of the consigned activities. The work was focused on providing assistance support to the leader of the process, to comply with its functions, also a management in the logistical support of the events and a contribution was made to contribute to the field of cultural learning, activities that were developed with the educational community of the schools located in the municipality of Girardot and the neighboring municipality in Flandes Tolima. Finally, at the end of each activity, information was collected from the participants, for the preparation of the necessary documentation such as: minutes, reports, attendance list and evaluations of the event, to later upload the evidence to the CITGO digital mail drive of the Girardot section.
