Abstract

La empresa Eprivisem Ltda. debido a la necesidad de crear mayores niveles de satisfacción en sus clientes y con el interés de cumplir con los requisitos, exigencias y necesidades de ellos, ve en el diseño del sistema de gestión de calidad ISO 9001:2015 de los procesos, una oportunidad para aumentar la confiabilidad de los servicios prestados y por consiguiente satisfacer al máximo sus necesidades, mejorando la imagen corporativa y logrando su fidelización bajo la filosofía de mejora continua, lo cual garantizará la supervivencia y el crecimiento de la organización, con base a la investigación de González & Arciniegas, (2016) en su tesis sistema de gestión de calidad, teoría y práctica bajo la norma ISO 9001, establecen las ventajas y alcances de la aplicación de la norma, siendo las bases aplicadas a la empresa para poder lograr el objetivo de diseñar el Sistema de Gestión de Calidad y plantear de manera adecuada unas estrategias acorde a las necesidades de Eprivisem Ltda.

ABSTRACT

The company Eprivisem Ltda. Due to the need to create higher levels of satisfaction in its customers and with the interest of meeting their requirements, requirements and needs, sees in the design of the ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system of the processes, an opportunity to increase the reliability of the services provided and therefore satisfy their needs to the maximum, improving the corporate image and achieving their loyalty under the philosophy of continuous improvement, which will guarantee the survival and growth of the organization, based to the investigation of González & Arciniegas, (2016) in his thesis quality management system, theory and practice under the ISO 9001 standard, establish the advantages and scope of the application of the standard, being the bases applied to the company to be able to achieve the objective of designing the Quality Management System and adequately propose strategies according to the needs of Eprivisem Ltda
