Implementación del plan estrategico de la empresa servicios metálicos o.r.g. para los años 2016-2018

Abstract

En este trabajo monográfico se encentra la IMPLEMENTACIÓN DEL PLAN ESTRATÉGICO DE LA EMPRESA SERVICIOS METÁLICOS O.R.G PARA LOS AÑOS 2016-2018, en el cual explica como fue todo el proceso del diagnostico organizacional, hasta su implementación parcial hasta noviembre de 2017, dentro de el se encuentra la misión, visión, objetivos organizacionales propuestos, y además aprobados por el empresario, también se pueden ver las tecnologías implementadas dentro de la organización, otro punto importante es el manual de procesos y procedimientos, en el cual es de vital importancia, debido a que esto permite al empresario entregarlo a los nuevos funcionarios que lleguen a la empresa y de tal manera sea mucho más fácil continuar con el proceso de contratación y capacitación.

ABSTRACT

In this monographic work there is the IMPLEMENTACION DE PLAN ESTRATEGICO DE LA EMPRESA SERVICIOS METÁLICOS O.R.G PARA LOS AÑOS 2016-2018, in which it explains since as it was the whole process of the diagnosis organizational, inside the work partial implementation until November, 2017, inside one finds the mission, visin, objective proposed organizationals, and in addition approved by the businessman, also it is possible to see the technologies implemented inside the organization, another important point is the manual of processes and procedures, in which it performs vital importance, due to the fact that this allows to the businessman to deliver it tothe new civil employers who come to the company and of such a way it is very much a more easy to continue with the process of contracting and training.
