Apoyo logístico y operativo en la Secretaría de Desarrollo Económico y Competitividad de la Alcaldía de Fusagasugá

Abstract

El desarrollo de la pasantía gira alrededor de la Ruta de Emprendimiento perteneciente al Ecosistema de Emprendimiento, propuesta original de la Secretaría de Desarrollo Económico y Competitividad de la Alcaldía de Fusagasugá; en ella se desarrolla una metodología que consta de 5 etapas en total, se empieza por un contacto inicial con el empresario aspirante, seguido del diligenciamiento del formulario de inscripción, para después recibir la aplicación del diagnóstico empresarial designado como herramienta de recolección de información, posteriormente se traza la Ruta de Emprendimiento individual a raíz de la información obtenida, para finalmente socializar los resultados con las entidades e instituciones aliadas del programa. La Ruta de Emprendimiento del Sumapaz, o por sus siglas RUTA-ES vincula a todos los municipios de la provincia, tanto alcaldías como empresarios, y su principal objetivo es apoyar en el emprendimiento y desarrollo de empresas competitivas e innovadoras de la provincia a través de las entidades e instituciones aliadas como la Universidad de Cundinamarca, SENA, Cámara de Comercio de Bogotá, UNAD, UNIMINUTO, ICSEF, Kaizening, Eko Bojacá, entre otras. Es importante mencionar que la pasantía tiene lugar en el primer ejercicio formal del programa, puesto que con anterioridad ya se había realizado una prueba piloto en el año 2021. Del programa participaron 4 empresas del sector primario, 17 del sector secundario y 8 del sector terciario para un total de 29 empresarios admitidos y vinculados finalmente, a continuación, se observarán las acciones y actividades ejecutadas en pro del avance y consecución del objetivo general del programa.

The Sumapaz Entrepreneurship Route, or by its acronym RUTA-ES links all the municipalities of the province, both city halls and businessmen, and its main objective is to support the entrepreneurship and development of competitive and innovative companies in the province through allied entities and institutions such as the University of Cundinamarca, SENA, Bogotá Chamber of Commerce, UNAD, UNIMINUTO, ICSEF, Kaizening, Eko Bojacá, among others. It is important to mention that the internship takes place in the first formal exercise of the program, since a pilot test had already been carried out previously in 2021. 4 companies from the primary sector, 17 from the secondary sector and 8 from the tertiary sector participated in the program for a total of 29 businessmen admitted and linked, then the actions and activities carried out in favor of the advancement and achievement of the general objective of the program will be observed.
