Representaciones sociales sobre la reinserción laboral y resocialización en internos pertenecientes a un establecimiento penitenciario

Abstract

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo conocer las representaciones sociales que tienen 15 internos pertenecientes al establecimiento penitenciario de mediana seguridad de Zipaquirá acerca de la reinserción laboral y la resocialización antes de estar en libertad. La metodología de esta investigación es netamente cualitativa con un diseño dirigido a las representaciones sociales tomado desde Moscovici ya que al estar indagando sobre significados esta metodología permitió identificar qué factores generan la creación de representaciones sociales acerca de la reinserción laboral y resocialización y estas cómo influyen, a partir de las situaciones y condiciones que su medio les proporciona, y de esta manera se permite una interacción en donde se comparten actitudes, opiniones, estereotipos; información recolectada por medio de una entrevista semiestructurada diseñada por el investigador a partir de las categorías de análisis propuestas en la investigación. Como resultado se concluyó que existe la expectativa con cada uno de los sujetos que fueron participes de este proyecto, que al salir en libertad podrán obtener la reinserción laboral y la resocialización esperada, ya sea por medio de contratación o por construcción independiente de micro-empresas. The objective of this research is to know the social representations of 15 inmates belonging to the Zipaquirá medium security penitentiary about reintegration into the workplace and resocialization before being released. The methodology of this research is purely qualitative with a design aimed at social representations taken from Moscovici since when investigating meanings this methodology allowed to identify what factors generate the creation of social representations about labor reintegration and resocialization and how they influence, from the situations and conditions that their environment provides them, and in this way an interaction is allowed where attitudes, opinions, stereotypes are shared; information collected through a semi-structured interview designed by the researcher based on the categories of analysis proposed in the research. As a result, it was concluded that there is an expectation with each one of the subjects that participated in this project, that upon release they will be able to obtain the labor reintegration and the expected resocialization, either by contracting or by independent construction of micro enterprises.
