Asesorar a los contribuyentes de la región del Sumapaz en normatividad tributaria por medio del convenio de la DIAN con la universidad de CUNDINAMARCA en los núcleos de apoyo contable y fiscal (NAF).

Abstract

La cultura tributaria en Colombia ha tenido algunas falencias en el recaudo de impuestos; ello puede deberse al desconocimiento de la normativa, aunque también a la evasión por parte de comerciantes. La DIAN con la finalidad de generar conciencia social, trabajando de la mano con instituciones de Educación Superior; implementan un convenio para brindar atenciones de manera permanente a personas naturales y jurídicas de manera gratuita. Por consiguiente al conocer que en el sector de la plaza de mercado central de Fusagasugá tenían desconocimiento en algunos temas tributarios; al comienzo se realizó una encuesta donde se reflejó el poco conocimiento en asuntos como; generalidades del RUT, clasificación de impuestos, por consiguiente, se plantea orientar a los comerciantes en materia tributaria interactuando desde sus entornos y conociendo su actividad comercial a desarrollar, algunos mostraban interés para seguir recibiendo orientaciones de parte del Núcleo de Apoyo Contable y Fiscal (NAF), haciendo una proyección empresarial siendo Fusagasugá cabecera municipal de la provincia del Sumapaz para generar así una formalidad desde los puestos de trabajo y quizá industrializar proceso a largo plazo gracias al equipo del consultorio NAF, los comerciantes han sentido un acompañamiento en este tipo de procesos de autogestión con la finalidad de que conozca la importancia de la tributación el conocer temas relevantes que los incumbe en su cotidianidad y el beneficio colectivo que trae consigo. The tax culture in Colombia has had some shortcomings in the collection of taxes; this may be due to ignorance of the regulations, but also to evasion by traders. The DIAN, with the purpose of generating social awareness, working hand in hand with institutions of Higher Education, implemented an agreement to provide permanent assistance to individuals and legal entities free of charge. Therefore, upon learning that in the sector of the central market place of Fusagasugá there was a lack of knowledge on some tax issues; at the beginning a survey was conducted where it was reflected the little knowledge on issues such as; generalities of the RUT, tax classification, therefore, it is proposed to guide traders in tax matters interacting from their environments and knowing their commercial activity to develop, some showed interest to continue receiving guidance from the Accounting and Tax Support Nucleus (NAF), Some of them showed interest in continuing to receive guidance from the Accounting and Tax Support Center (NAF), making a business projection being Fusagasugá the municipal head of the province of Sumapaz to generate formality from the jobs and perhaps industrialize long-term process thanks to the NAF consulting team, traders have felt an accompaniment in this type of self-management processes in order to know the importance of taxation and to know relevant issues that concern them in their daily lives and the collective benefit it brings with it.
