Reestructuración Organizacional Para La Empresa GJ Asesores y Consultores Sede Mosquera.

Abstract

Resumen Este informe tiene como principio dar a conocer las falencias que se presentan en la oficina de GJ Asesores y Consultores sede Mosquera, donde se pretende evidenciar las problemáticas más notables que efectivamente son las que generan más fallas en cuanto a la parte administrativa y comercial de la misma, es muy importante determinar también como se lleva a cabo la consecución de objetivos en la empresa debido a que tiene gran afectación en la oficina de Mosquera, seguido a eso se pretende brindar o mejor, proponer una solución que me permita reconocer la importancia de la oficina dentro de la compañía y por último, se realizara una actualización de procesos que será como tal el punto final de todo el tiempo en que se desarrolló la pasantía. Abstract The principle of this report is to make known the shortcomings that arise in the Mosquera headquarters of GJ Asesores y Consultores, where it is intended to highlight the most notable problems that are effectively the ones that generate the most failures in terms of the administrative and commercial part of the itself, it is very important to also determine how the achievement of objectives in the company is carried out because it has a great impact on the Mosquera office, followed by that it is intended to provide or better, propose a solution that allows me to recognize the importance of the office within the company and finally, a process update will be carried out, which will be the end point of all the time in which the internship was developed.
