Evaluación del comportamiento agronómico de cuatro genotipos de papa criolla (Solanum phureja) bajo diferentes densidades de siembra en cuatro localidades de Nariño.

Abstract

El trabajo se realizó en el marco del proyecto mejoramiento tecnológico y productivo del sistema papa en el departamento de Nariño financiado por el Sistema General de Regalías. El objetivo del trabajo es evaluar variables agronómicas y de desarrollo en genotipos de papa criolla comercial (criolla Colombia CC) y nativos (criolla Morasurco MO, criolla Mambera MA y criolla Ratona morada RM) bajo diferentes densidades de siembra en cuatro localidades de Nariño. Se evaluó el crecimiento y desarrollo de las plantas a través de la evolución de la materia seca acumulada, área foliar total, índices de crecimiento (TCR, TAN y IAF), grados día acumulados (GDA) y contenido de clorofila. De acuerdo con lo avanzado y los muestreos realizados en la acumulación de materia seca y área foliar total existen diferencias significativas entre genotipos, en cuanto a materia seca se presentó comportamiento similar en CC y MA, pero inferior con respecto a los demás genotipos, en el área total el genotipo MO superó en comportamiento los demás genotipos evaluados. En los índices de crecimiento se evidencia una reducción considerable en Tangua (55 dds) y Cuaspud (80 dds) debido al inicio de la tuberización; en el tiempo fisiológico evaluado en GDA el genotipo mas precoz para emergencia y floración fue RM, por último, en el contenido de clorofila se determinó que la densidad no es un parámetro que afecte la variable y no influye en la TAN. The work was carried out within the framework of the project of technological improvement and product of the potato system in the department of Nariño financed by the General System of Royalties. The objective of this work is to evaluate the agronomic and development variables in commercial Criole (Criole Colombia CC) and native (Creole Morasurco MO, Creole Mambera MA and Criole Ratona morada RM) genotypes under planting densities in four localities of Nariño. The growth and development of the plants was evaluated through the evolution of accumulated dry matter, total leaf area, growth indexes (TCR, TAN and IAF), accumulated day degrees (GDA) and chlorophyll content. The growth rates show a considerable reduction in the last samples taken due to the start of tuberization; as far as the physiological time evaluated in GDA the earliest genotype for emergence and flowering was MRI, finally, in the content of chlorophyll it was determined that the density is not a parameter that affects the variable and does not influence the TAN.
