Apoyo al proceso de contratación para el suministro de alimentos a las victimas del conflicto armado en el municipio de facatativá

Abstract

La realización y estructuración del documento, donde se realizó la conformación contractual, en otras palabras, el cuerpo del contrato, se centro en factores tales como obligaciones, actividades, suministros de alimentos, eventos, presupuestos, estudios de mercado y cotizaciones. Las organizaciones preseleccionadas.

Apoyando en el control y verificación de las actividades realizadas en el contrato anterior, a través de herramientas tales como listas de verificación, plan de seguimiento y cronogramas, para canalizar problemas y fallas, buscar soluciones y planes de contingencia para sobrellevar sin problemas.

Se apoyó en la revisión del contrato por medio de un informe final, donde estudiaron temas como el cumplimiento de actividades, población satisfecha, raciones de alimentos, logística personal y capacitaciones llevadas a cabo por la organización, donde encontraron fallas de un naturaleza prestacional como; puntualidad y calidad de los alimentos,retroalimentando las estrategias propuestas en el monitoreo e implementandolas en las fallas ya mencionadas anteriormente.

ABSTRACT
