Abstract

El proyecto plan de negocio HATO MILK es la creación de una empresa dedicada a la producción y comercialización de leche bovina, con los más altos índices de calidad y productividad, llevando acabo propuestas de mejoramiento genético, productivo, técnico y administrativo, para los pequeños, medianos y grandes productores ganaderos de la zona rural del municipio de Suesca. Generando también un sistema de competitividad entre las diferentes fincas dedicadas a este sistema de producción ganadero, para así cada vez ser más competitivos y obtener una mejor calidad, productividad y gestión administrativa de nuestro producto. The HATO MILK business plan project is the creation of a company dedicated to the production and commercialization of bovine milk, with the highest indexes of quality and productivity, carrying out proposals of genetic, productive, technical and administrative improvement, for the small, medium and large cattle producers of the rural zone of the municipality of Suesca. Also generating a system of competitiveness among the different farms dedicated to this livestock production system, in order to be increasingly competitive and obtain a better quality, productivity and administrative management of our product.
