Propuesta translocal desde la perspectiva contable para la permanencia de los semilleristas de investigación en la facultad de ciencias administrativas, económicas y contables

Abstract

Los semilleros de investigación en la facultad de ciencias administrativas económicas y contables de la universidad de Cundinamarca permiten a el crecimiento de la institución como del investigador, por eso es importante la relevancia de estas participaciones y el impacto que este genera cuando se es investigador, de esta manera se puede promulgar y fortalecer la participación en los diferentes grupos que se encuentran activos como también la creación de nuevos grupos. Esto se logra mediante un cuadro de mando integral bajo matriz de perspectivas donde se logre identificar mediante metodología de gestión cuales son los motivos principales de la participación de los jóvenes en el banco de semilleros. The research seedbeds at the Faculty of Administrative, Economic and Accounting Sciences of the University of Cundinamarca allow the growth of the institution as well as of the researcher, which is why the relevance of these participations and the impact that this generates when being a researcher is important, since In this way, participation in the different groups that are active can be promulgated and strengthened, as well as the creation of new groups. This is achieved through a comprehensive scorecard under a perspective matrix where it is possible to identify through management methodology which are the main reasons for the participation of young people in the seed bank.
