Apoyo en procesos administrativos y logísticos del comité de opciones de grado, programa administración de empresas, universidad de cundinamarca, sede fusagasugá, año 2017

Abstract

En el presente documento se condensa todo el desarrollo de la pasantía titulada Apoyo en procesos administrativos y logísticos del Comité de Opciones de Grado, Programa Administración de Empresas, Universidad de Cundinamarca, sede Fusagasugá, año 2017, opción de grado que da inicio el 20 de febrero y termina el 01 de septiembre del año 2017 y por medio del cual se da cumplimento a cinco objetivos específicos propuestos por medio de una serie de actividades que se encuentran detalladas con las respectivas evidencias fotográficas. La unión de todas las actividades desarrolladas suma un total de seiscientas cuarenta horas, las cuales fueron las necesarias para cumplir a cabalidad la asistencia logística y administrativa según las funciones y actividades del comité. Finalmente el documento contiene el valor agregado que he aportado a la pasantía, siendo este un análisis de los procesos más relevantes en cuanto al trabajo de grado, las conclusiones obtenidas dando respuesta a los objetivos específicos de la pasantía y las recomendaciones que se realizan luego de tener el honor de asistir al comité. This document summarizes all the development of the internship titled Support in administrative and logistical processes of the Degree Option Committee, Business Administration Program, University of Cundinamarca, Fusagasugá headquarters, year 2017, degree option that starts on 20 February and ends on September 1 of the year 2017 and by means of which fulfillment of five specific objectives proposed by means of a series of activities that are detailed with the respective photographic evidences. The union of all the activities developed amounts to a total of six hundred and forty hours, which were necessary to fully comply with the logistical and administrative assistance according to the functions and activities of the committee. Finally, the document contains the added value that I have contributed to the internship, this being an analysis of the most relevant processes in terms of degree work, the conclusions obtained by responding to the specific objectives of the internship and the recommendations made after have the honor of attending the committee.
