Estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una empresa productora de café gourmet ‘’ Sweet Coffe’’ en el municipio de Girardot

Abstract

Se presenta a la comunidad académica los resultados de un estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una empresa productora de café gourmet en la ciudad de Girardot, que se llevo a cabo en el programa Administración de Empresas en el segundo semestre del año 2021. Por medio del proyecto se pudo determinar el enfoque que se debe diseñar. Organizar e implementar para que la empresa tenga una buena acogida en el mercado del sector terciario, de ahí la importancia de tener claridad en la organización y los requerimientos legales para su creación en el Municipio de Girardot. En los resultados finales del proyecto se evidencio que existe una viabilidad favorable para la implementación del negocio de bebidas a base de café gourmet en Girardot, Cundinamarca; esta posibilidad se dio al planear de manera correcta las inversiones iniciales que permitieron analizar dicha información. The results of a feasibility study for the creation of a gourmet coffee production company in the city of Girardot, which is carried out in the Business Administration program in the second half of 2021, are presented to the academic community. Through the project it was possible to determine the approach that should be designed. Organize and implement so that the company has a good reception in the tertiary sector market, hence the importance of having clarity in the organization and the legal requirements for its creation in the Municipality of Girardot. The final results of the project showed that there is a favorable viability for the implementation of the gourmet coffee-based beverage business in Girardot, Cundinamarca; This possibility was given by correctly planning the initial investments that allowed the analysis of said information.
