Plan De Acción Para Mejoramiento Académico Con Estudiantes Del Grado Sexto En El Contexto Del Colegio Seminario San Juan Apóstol.

Abstract

RESUMEN Dentro de las diferentes sociedades se han constituido formas o convenciones en las que el ser humano se basa para ascender o darle un orden a su vida, a grandes rasgos, se pondrían nominar como, estudiar, es decir cursar todos los niveles educativos, la escuela, la universidad. Trabajar, hacer parte de quienes contribuyen a la sociedad con su actividad o su labor. Conformar una familia y brindarle una vida orientada al bienestar. Estos ejemplos de actividades socialmente aceptadas nos llevan a hablar del éxito en la consecución de las mismas. Aquí especialmente nos centramos en la actividad de la educación y algunos de los factores que intervienen en ese proceso para la consecución del éxito académico, que tiene que ver con el rendimiento escolar, la aprobación mediante tareas y formas de evaluación que dictan acerca de las habilidades, las capacidades y la disposición de los estudiantes a conseguir metas en el ámbito académico. Como son una cantidad amplia de factores los que median en los procesos educativos, nos basamos en la motivación, tomando en cuenta teorías de carácter psicológico que prevén una relación entre los procesos motivacionales y el desempeño académico, para evaluar dicha relación de forma cualitativa, teniendo en cuenta las sábanas de notas del año 2020 de los estudiantes del grado sexto del Colegio Seminario San Juan Apóstol y otras herramientas que permitieron planear un plan de acción sedimentado en la los tópicos de la motivación, el desempeño académico, y también descubriremos como el contexto actual de la pandemia por la que pasa el mundo ha sido parte activa en la relación de estos elementos de estudio.
