Rastreo de casos exitosos en el ecosistema de emprendimiento de Girardot, periodo 2014-1PA 2018.

Abstract

Este estudio se enfoca principalmente en la identificación de casos éxito de emprendimiento en la ciudad de Girardot, mediante los ecosistemas de emprendimiento que proporciona la ciudad de Girardot. Para este fin se diseña y utiliza herramientas para la ubicación de dichos emprendedores, que permita obtener información de tipo cuantitativa y cualitativa. Por medio de referentes teóricos se esclarecerán los ecosistemas de emprendimiento donde se desenvuelven las ideas de negocio en la ciudad de Girardot. Así mismo re direccionar el enfoque del espíritu emprendedor desde diversos autores. Así mismo mediante herramientas de recolección de datos conocer las áreas de formación académica, profesional, y motivacional de los emprendedores que los han llevado a crear empresa; cuales son los principales obstáculos y retos que deben afrontar para posicionarse en el mercado, identificar los posibles riesgos y oportunidades que se presentan en el desarrollo de su actividad, el aporte que generan a la comunidad Girardoteña, el estilo gerencial que implementan , y el nivel de desarrollo que presenta la ciudad para los emprendedores tomados como referencia. ABSTRACT: This study focuses mainly on the identification of successful entrepreneurship cases in the city of Girardot, through the ntrepreneurial ecosystems provided by the city of Girardot. For this purpose, tools for the location of these entrepreneurs are designed and used to obtain information of a quantitative and qualitative nature. By means of theoretical referents, the trepreneurial ecosystems where the business ideas are developed in the city of Girardot will be clarified. Also re address the approach of entrepreneurship from various authors. Likewise, through data collection tools, to know the areas of academic, rofessional, and motivational training of the entrepreneurs that have led them to create a company; which are the main obstacles and challenges that must be faced to position themselves in the market, identify the possible risks and opportunities that arise in the development of their activity, the contribution they generate to the Girardoteña community, the management style they implement, and the level of development presented by the city for entrepreneurs taken as reference.
