ANÁLISIS DE LOS DESAFÍOS Y OPORTUNIDADES DE EMPODERAMIENTO SOCIOECONÓMICO DE LA MUJER RURAL CUNDIBOYACENSE ENTRE LOS AÑOS 2010 -2020.

Abstract

El presente trabajo analiza a la mujer rural desde la perspectiva de empoderamiento socioeconómico basándose en unos escenarios fundamentales en los que se mueven todo el tiempo como el social, económico, laboral, educación. Realizando una recopilación de información para conocer qué papel tiene la mujer rural en cada uno de ellos, que desafíos y oportunidades han tenido que afrontar en cada escenario, que factores han hecho que ellas no puedan surgir de la forma esperada y cuáles son los que hacen que no se tenga un progreso significativo. Hacer un acercamiento como ha sido el desarrollo socioeconómico desde el año 2010 al 2019, como ha evolucionado en el ámbito laboral, conocer si ha aumentado su participación en la comunidad, por esta razón es necesario conocer que mujeres rurales han creado proyectos de emprendimiento y han tenido buenos resultados; ya que esto también fomenta el empleo en las mujeres cabeza de hogar y en todas las mujeres que pertenecen a esos municipios o veredas mejorando la calidad de vida de ellas y sobre todo dando a conocer que ellas también tienen las capacidades para emprender y tener una libertad financiera como apoyo para el sustento de sus familias. ABSTRACT The present work wants to analyze rural women from the perspective of socioeconomic empowerment based on fundamental scenarios in which they move all the time such as social, economic, labor, education, collecting information to know what role rural women have in each one of them, what challenges and opportunities have they had to face in each scenario, what factors have prevented them from emerging in the expected way and what are the ones that prevent significant progress from being made. Make an approach as the socioeconomic development has been from 2010 to 2019, how it has evolved in the workplace, find out if their participation in the community has increased, for this reason it is necessary to know that rural women have created entrepreneurship projects and have had good results; since this also encourages the employment of women heads of households and of all women who belong to those municipalities or villages, improving their quality of life and, above all, making it known that they also have the capacities to undertake and have freedom financial support to support their families.
