Diseño del protocolo para el departamento de orientación escolar en el instituto técnico industrial de facatativá, sede rafael pombo: proyecto de pasantías.

Abstract

Resumen: Este proyecto nace de un ejercicio de observación donde se identificó que el Instituto Técnico Industrial de Facatativá en su sede Rafael Pombo no contaba con una estructura para el desarrollo de la orientación escolar además de representar un punto de riesgo continuar emitiendo acciones sin documentación involucrando faltas éticas y legales que terminarían afectando a los educandos, las administrativas y el mismo profesional razón por la cual crea este proyecto. Las normativas legales de la psicología y la educación además de los lineamientos internos de la institución establecen varias especificaciones para el ejercicio de orientación lo cual garantiza el cumplimiento del objetivo relacionado con incrementar la calidad; convirtiendo en las bases de proyecto la ley 1090, el manual bioético, la ley 115 y 1620, el proyecto educativo institucional y el manual de Convivencia. Al relacionar estas normativas y conceptos teóricos se logró diseñar el protocolo para este departamento el cual cuenta con definiciones específicas de los conceptos principales de esta área como orientación escolar y sus funciones, activación de rutas de atención integral y formatos de apoyo entre otros; a partir de este se fortalece y estructura el departamento de orientación escolar mejorando la calidad en prestación del servicio y a su vez de la institución para la que es diseñado. Abstract: This project is born of an exercise of observation where there was identified that Facatativá's Technical Industrial Institute in his headquarters Rafael Pombo was not possessing a structure for the development of the school orientation beside representing a point of risk to continue issuing actions without documentation involving ethical and legal lacks that would end up by affecting the pupils, the administrative officers and same professional reason for which he believes this Project. The legal regulations of the psychology and the education besides the internal limits of the institution establish several specifications for the exercise of orientation which guarantees the fulfillment of the aim related in spite of increasing the quality; turning into the project bases the law 1090, the manual bioético, the law 115 and 1620, the educational institutional project and the manual of Conviviality. On having related these regulations and theoretical concepts it was achieved to design the protocol for this department which possesses specific definitions of the principal concepts of this area like school orientation and his functions, activation of routes of integral attention and formats of support between others; from this one it fortifies and structures the department of school orientation improving the quality in service and in turn of the institution for the one that is designed.
