Efecto De La Labor De Desbotone Y Descabece Sobre La Calidad De Exportación, Tiempo De Spam Y Ciclo De Vida En El Cultivo De Lisianthus (Eustoma Grandiflorum) Ubicado En La Finca Marsella Municipio De Chipaque, Cundinamarca

Abstract

Al inicio de la floración, generalmente hay un botón floral que presenta un mayor desarrollo a comparación de otros botones florales, este botón floral debe ser retirado buscando uniformizar la floración del tallo, con el objetivo de obtener de 2 a 3 botones florales que abran al mismo tiempo. El ciclo desde su siembra hasta su floración puede durar entre 90 y 120 días, esto depende de la variedad y la época en la que fue sembrado y por ende no es posible obtener rápidamente una cosecha. Por otro lado, las flores pueden llegar a permanecer en la cama sin obtener el punto ideal de corte haciendo que el spam (lapso entre el inicio de corte y fin de corte) sea mucho más largo. El objetivo de este trabajo fue comparar la calidad de los tallos cosechados, el tiempo de spam y el tiempo del ciclo de vida, implementando la labor de descabece y desbotone. Las labores de descabece y desbotone, consisten en seleccionar los botones florales más viables, esperando que estos tengan un buen desarrollo. Para determinar si esta labor es viable como una buena práctica cultural se compararon dos siembras, una sin la labor de desbotone y otra con esta labor. Se evidencio que al realizar la labor de descabece y desbotone se obtiene un mayor número de tallos con la calidad Select, el cual se identifica como la mejor calidad para ser exportable.

ABSTRACT At the beginning of flowering, there is usually a floral button that has a greater development compared to other floral buttons, this floral button should be removed seeking to standardize the flowering of the stem, in order to obtain 2 to 3 floral buttons that open to the Same time. The cycle from its sowing until its flowering can last between 90 and 120 days, this depends on the variety and the time in which it was sown and therefore it is not possible to quickly obtain a harvest. On the other hand, the flowers can remain in the bed without obtaining the ideal cut point making the spam (span between the beginning of cut and end of cut) is much longer. The objective of this work was to compare the quality of the harvested stems, the spam time and the life cycle time, implementing the work of decapitating and unbuttoning. The work of decapitating and unbuttoning, consists in selecting the most viable floral buttons, hoping that they have a good development. To determine whether this work is viable as a good cultural practice, two sowings were compared, one without the work of unbuttoning and the other with this work. It was evidenced that when performing the work of decapitation and unbuttoning, a greater number of stems with the Select quality is obtained, which is identified as the best quality to be exportable.
