Estudio De Factibilidad Para La Creación De Una Tienda Naturista En El Municipio De Madrid Cundinamarca

Abstract

El proyecto que se presenta a continuación corresponde a un estudio de factibilidad para la creación de una tienda naturista en el municipio de Madrid Cundinamarca, el cual se fundamenta en el desarrollo de las siguientes fases: análisis de la oferta y demanda en el mercado, identificación de la infraestructura técnica necesaria para el montaje de la tienda naturista, determinación de los requerimientos administrativos y legales para la puesta en marcha de la tienda naturista, análisis del impacto ambiental del proyecto y evaluación financiera para analizar la rentabilidad de la nueva empresa a constituir. Por ende, el estudio de factibilidad más que un ejercicio académico se constituye en un referente importante para la creación de empresas en la provincia Sabana Occidente de Cundinamarca, más específicamente en el municipio de Madrid Cundinamarca, el cual permite contribuir significativamente al crecimiento económico del municipio y la región, toda vez que las unidades productivas dedicadas al comercio y servicio incentivan el consumo y a su vez, generan fuentes de empleo formal. ABSTRACT The project presented below corresponds to a feasibility study for the creation of a naturist store in the municipality of Madrid Cundinamarca, which is based on the development of the following phases: analysis of the offer and demand in the market, identification of the technical infrastructure necessary to the assembly of the health food store, determination of the requirements administrative and legal for the start-up of the health food store, analysis of the environmental impact of the project and financial evaluation to analyze the profitability of the new company to be established. Therefore, the feasibility study more than an academic exercise is constituted in an important reference for the creation of companies in the Sabana province West of Cundinamarca, more specifically in the municipality of Madrid Cundinamarca, which allows a significant contribution to growth the municipality and the region, since the productive units dedicated to trade and service encourage consumption and, in turn, generate sources of formal employment.
