Estudio De Factibilidad Para La Producción De Materiales De Construcción A Base De Reciclaje Plástico, Como Generador De Nuevas Oportunidades Laborales En El Municipio De Facatativá

Abstract

El presente estudio de factibilidad parte de la importancia de desarrollar el aprovechamiento de recursos plásticos con los que cuenta el municipio de Facatativá, una clara oportunidad para llevar a cabo la transformación de estos y darle un nuevo uso. Las empresas que existen en el municipio se dedican a recolectar, seleccionar y separar los diferentes tipos de materiales plásticos y los venden a otras industrias afuera de la provincia de sabana occidente para su reutilización. Para determinar la viabilidad, se llevó a cabo la respectiva investigación en el sector del mercado, se estableció el desarrollo de procedimientos por medio del análisis técnico el cual permitió evidenciar la necesidad de la estructura administrativa, se tuvo en cuenta los factores legales y ambientales de obligatorio cumplimiento según la normatividad que rige para dar ejecución correcta de.. funcionamiento en la organización; por último, se desarrolló el análisis financiero que permitió conocer la viabilidad económica de la organización. This business plan is a clear opportunity to make these developments and to give a new use to those resources. The companies . that exist in the municipality of Facatativa devote themselves to collecting, selecting and separating different types of plastic. After this process, those businesses sale the plastics to industries east of the province to get rehused.

To determine the viability, research was conducted in the, market segment, the development of procedures was established through technical analysis that provided the evidence, to prove the necessity of administrative structure. And the legal and environmental factors were kept in mind, to comply with the normativity that rules to provide proper functioning in the organization; to add to this, a financia! analysis was developed that made it possible to recognize the economical viability of the organization.
