Percepción sobre la humanización en la atención prenatal de gestantes asistentes al curso de preparación para la maternidad, en la ciudad de Girardot segundo semestre 2022.

Abstract

La humanización de la atención prenatal es fundamental, porque impacta positivamente la experiencia de las gestantes; es importante garantizar el cumplimiento de los controles y procesos a seguir de la ruta de atención materna perinatal, regulados en la Resolución 3280 de 2018 para bienestar del binomio. Este estudio, surge del semillero Cuidando a la Mujer y está diseñado con metodología cualitativa, participaron cuatro gestantes residentes en la ciudad de Girardot y asistentes al curso de preparación para la maternidad y paternidad en la Universidad de Cundinamarca en el segundo semestre de 2022, se recolectó la información a través de entrevistas semiestructuradas, su análisis se realizó estableciendo términos comunes donde emergieron categorías que se triangularon con otros estudios, se logró establecer la percepción sobre humanización en la atención prenatal, logrando una visión integral de la atención prenatal brindada por la IPS del municipio e indirectamente del equipo multidisciplinario y a partir de los resultados se diseñó una estrategia que favorece la humanización en el proceso de atención a las gestantes. Metodología: cualitativa, exploratoria, descriptiva y etnográfica. Resultados: Las gestantes percibieron que la atención recibida no siempre es humanizada, consideran importante que en la atención exista, dedicación de tiempo, trato sensible, respeto, que permitan el acompañamiento de un familiar, que apliquen las técnicas y brinden, seguridad; esperan que el personal esté bien presentado, que el acceso a los servicios sea fácil. Conclusiones: Es necesario humanizar el proceso de atención a las gestantes para mejorar la percepción que tienen del servicio. This study arises from the Cuidando a la Mujer seedbed and is designed with qualitative methodology, four pregnant women residing in the city of Girardot and attending the course of preparation for motherhood and fatherhood at the University of Cundinamarca in the second semester of 2022 participated, the information was collected through semi-structured interviews, Its analysis was carried out establishing common terms where categories emerged that were triangulated with other studies, it was possible to establish the perception of humanization in prenatal care, achieving an integral vision of prenatal care provided by the IPS of the municipality and indirectly by the multidisciplinary team and from the results a strategy that favors humanization in the process of care to pregnant women was designed. Methodology: qualitative, exploratory, descriptive, and ethnographic. Results: The pregnant women perceived that the care received is not always humanized; they consider it important that the care be dedicated, that there be time, sensitive treatment, and respect, that they allow a family member to accompany them, that they apply the techniques and provide security; they expect the staff to be well presented, and that access to the services be easy. Conclusions: It is necessary to humanize the care process for pregnant women to improve their perception of the service.
