Abstract

Rol de enfermería en el cuidado paliativo, dirigido a pacientes oncológicos: aproximación estado del arte 2013-2019 es un estudio de tipo documental descriptivo con enfoque cualitativo, desarrollado en dos fases heurística y hermenéutica este tiene como objetivo general: realizar una aproximación del estado del arte en el rol del profesional de enfermería en un equipo interdisciplinario para el cuidado del paciente oncológico en cuidado paliativo con el fin de determinar el campo de acción más frecuente en el profesional de enfermería en esta área. y de los siguientes objetivos específicos: realizar búsqueda bibliográfica de artículos científicos de acuerdo a las palabras claves seleccionadas. seleccionar los artículos que cumplan con los criterios de elegibilidad de acuerdo a la pertinencia y calidad. analizar cada uno de los artículos seleccionados e interpretar los conceptos encontrados. identificar y ubicar el cuidado de enfermería de acuerdo a los diferentes tipos de rol con base a la propuesta del plan nacional de enfermería 2020-2030, resultados y conclusiones: se obtuvo 64 artículos de los cuales 17 cumplieron los criterios de inclusión acordes al instrumento caspe. el rol de mayor frecuencia es el rol asistencial con 13 artículos seguido del rol gestión, administración y gerencia con 6 artículos. el rol asistencial fue uno de los roles con mayor campo acción abarcando una atención holística no solo al paciente sino a su familiar y/o cuidador y el rol administración y gestión muestra al profesional de enfermería como un líder en el equipo de cuidados paliativos. ABSTRACT: role of nursing in palliative care for cancer patients: state of the art approach 2013-2019 is a descriptive documentary type study with a qualitative approach, developed in two heuristic and hermeneutic phases. The general objective of this study is: to make an approach to the state of the art in the role of the nursing professional in an interdisciplinary team for the care of the oncological patient in palliative care in order to determine the most frequent field of action in the nursing professional in this area. And of the following specific objectives: Perform a bibliographic search of scientific articles according to the selected keywords. Select articles that meet the eligibility criteria according to relevance and quality. Analyze each of the selected articles and interpret the concepts found. Identify and locate the nursing care according to the different types of roles based on the proposal of the national nursing plan 2020-2030. Results and conclusions: Sixty-four articles were obtained, 17 of which met the inclusion criteria according to the CASPe instrument. The most frequent role is the Welfare Role with 13 articles followed by the Management, Administration and Management Role with 6 articles. The Care Role was one of the roles with the greatest scope for action, encompassing holistic care not only for the patient but also for his or her family member and/or caregiver, and the Administration and Management Role shows the nursing professional as a leader in the palliative care team.
